It combines sunflower hearts, suet pellets, dried mealworms, peanut granules and raisins — a rich, varied mix that provides energy, protein and natural sugars to fuel birds through the toughest conditions.

This high-calorie mix is particularly loved by blue tits, great tits, long-tailed tits, robins, chaffinches, house sparrows, blackbirds and dunnocks.
