We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
This policy explains your rights and our procedures.

1. Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

For hygiene and wildlife safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened feed bags

  • Perishable wildlife food

  • Contaminated products

This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.

3. How to Cancel or Return

To request a return, contact:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s)

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless:

  • Item is faulty

  • Item is damaged

  • Wrong item supplied

We recommend tracked delivery, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received.

5. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Within 14 days of receipt

Original delivery costs are refundable only where:

  • Full order is cancelled

  • Goods are faulty or incorrect

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of damage

  • Order number

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, or

  • Partial refund (where appropriate)

7. Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate with the courier and resolve promptly.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please place a new order and return the original item.

9. Natural Product Variations

Wildlife food products may vary naturally in:

  • Size

  • Colour

  • Shape

  • Texture

These are not faults.
